Here's a video of the rescue / retrieval operation I joined this morning (October 4, 2009) as part of the team from the Municipal Disaster Coordinating Council of La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines. Typhoon Peping Caused a Huge Landslide in our town just this 4:00 AM at sitio Busi, Beckel, damaging a home with five casualties, namely Laruan Tabora, Catalina Tabora, Rustom Galbey, Zenia Galbey, and a ten month old baby Daphney Galbey. All Bodies were recovered at around 11:17 AM. This video shows the actual retrieval of a casualty's body... Just please pray for them to finally rest in peace.
